Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the publisher of PickOne (the “App”): Vladislav Shtefanko on the App Store and Denis Kaminskii on Google Play (“we”). By using the App, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.
Subscriptions
The App shows the price and period of each subscription before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period. After a free trial, the subscription starts and is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
To cancel, go to:
- iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store under its rules.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App and its purchases in the last 12 months.
